Furthermore, <strong>homemade gluten-free biscuits<\/strong> are certainly an extra guarantee of the quality of the food we consume. Also try my <a href=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/biscotti-alla-lavanda-senza-glutine-la-bonta-profuma\/\">Lavender biscuits<\/a> to enrich your breakfast.<\/p>\n<p>We really liked them&#8230;we couldn\u2019t stop eating them.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Rice and buckwheat biscuits<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>69.46g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>250g wholemeal rice flour*<\/li>\n<li>250g buckwheat flour* (or 200g buckwheat flour* plus 50g cocoa* or Venere rice flour*)<\/li>\n<li>200g brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n<li>100g butter<\/li>\n<li>8g baking powder<\/li>\n<li>ginger, cinnamon and jam to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten-free\u201d (or, in Italy, present on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Wait until the butter is soft and mix it with sugar, eggs one at a time, flour and baking powder. Mix everything together to a firm, smooth ball.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the dough into 3 parts; leave one part plain to form the biscuits that will be filled with jam; add ginger to the second part and cinnamon to the third part.<\/li>\n<li>Then roll out the doughs with the help of a rolling pin and cut the biscuits to the desired shapes.
