In short, for an evening dedicated to the world of women.<\/p>\n<p>Curious?<\/p>\n<p>Very well, then get ready to cook some delicious ravioli with that extra touch: a romantic heart shape.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ravioli with prawns and cherry tomatoes\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>18.48g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for egg pasta<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>300g gluten free flour mix, brand Petra 3**<\/li>\n<li>5 eggs<\/li>\n<li>10g bitter cocoa*<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for the filling<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>400g boiled and peeled prawns<\/li>\n<li>300g boiled and peeled potatoes<\/li>\n<li>100g Robiola cheese<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for the dressing<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>500g cherry tomatoes or diced tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>30g extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>3 basil leaves<\/li>\n<li>salted ricotta cheese, salt, extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Ingredients specific for celiacs<\/p>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten-free\u201d (or, in Italy, present on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation of Ravioli with prawns and cherry tomatoes<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>On a cutting board, make a well with the flour and crack the eggs in the centre, add oil and salt.<br \/>\nStart by beating the eggs with a fork and gradually incorporate the flour so that the liquids do not spill out, adding a few tablespoons of water if necessary.<br \/>\nContinue stirring until the mixture is fairly compact.<\/li>\n<li>Now knead the dough with your hands until it becomes smooth and firm. Cover it with cling film and leave it to rest while you prepare the filling.<\/li>\n<li>Mash the potatoes and mix them with the chopped shrimps, robiola cheese, salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Now assemble the ravioli.<\/li>\n<li>Roll out the dough, cut it with a heart-shaped cutter and place the filling in the centre. Finally, close the ravioli by placing another layer of pasta on top. To seal the two parts, you can help yourself with the tines of a fork.<\/li>\n<li>Put a pot of water on the stove and bring it to the boil.
