Needless to say, good, home-made things are always the best option, so <strong>Baked Panzerottini<\/strong> are just a great solution. If you want an idea for a sweet snack, try <a href=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/ricetta-mini-strudel-di-mele-senza-glutine\/\">Mini apple strudels<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, time is generally short and everyday commitments do not allow us to cook as much as we would like.<\/p>\n<p>My recommendation is that you bake Panzerottini in a large amount then freeze them to have them ready whenever you want: the ideal problem solvers.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Baked Panzerottini<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>31.5g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for the dough<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>250g gluten free bread flour mix, brand Nutrifree**<\/li>\n<li>210g water<\/li>\n<li>40g wholemeal rice flour*<\/li>\n<li>30g extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>\u00a07g brewer&#8217;s yeast<\/li>\n<li>8g salt<\/li>\n<li>rice flour for dusting*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for stuffing<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>250g milk<\/li>\n<li>80g cooked ham*<\/li>\n<li>80g Scamorza cheese<\/li>\n<li>25g wholemeal rice flour*<\/li>\n<li>10g butter<\/li>\n<li>salt, grated Parmesan cheese and extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Ingredients specific for celiacs<\/p>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten free\u201d (or, in Italy, present on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Knead all the ingredients together, form a dough ball and let it rest covered for at least 1 hour.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the b\u00e9chamel sauce by melting the butter in a pan, add the flour, stirring with a whisk so that no lumps form, then add the milk. Put the mixture on the heat until the b\u00e9chamel forms.<\/li>\n<li>Season with salt and add grated Parmesan cheese to taste. Roll out the dough and cut 9cm diameter disks.
