Creamy, <strong>thick and full of good, wholesome ingredients<\/strong>, these are the characteristics of the recipe we recommend today: a delicious <strong>Soup of <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.diabete.com\/legumi-e-diabete-approfondimenti-e-consigli\/\"><strong>pulses<\/strong><\/a><strong> and vegetables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>All the flavour and properties of natural, healthy foods that will make this first course extremely enjoyable in the colder months. And remember that pulses and vegetables are the best ingredients to prepare recipes for people with diabetes and celiac disease since they are both gluten-free and low or no-sugar.<\/p>\n<p>Here is how to prepare it!<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Soup of pulses and vegetables<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>9.42g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1250g water<\/li>\n<li>300g dry mixed pulses (beans, chickpeas and broad beans)<\/li>\n<li>250g seasonal vegetables<\/li>\n<li>200g tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li>salt and oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Soak all the dried pulses in water for about 12 hours so that they soften.<\/li>\n<li>Once they are ready and rinsed, put them in a pot with water and cook them for about 40 minutes on low heat.<\/li>\n<li>Skim off the brown foam released by the pulses, add all the chopped vegetables and tomato sauce.
