So, today I am sharing a mouth-watering recipe for making irresistibly soft,<strong> gluten-free<\/strong> <strong>Easter small Colombas<\/strong> at home.<\/p>\n<p>They will not disappoint you even if they are an easy, smaller version prepared with baking powder instead of the traditional, standard size made with brewer&#8217;s yeast that you can bake following the recipe of <a href=\"https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/colomba-pasquale\/\">Colomba Pasquale<\/a>: whatever decision you make, you are going to have a great dessert.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Easter small Colombas<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>48.84g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>215g gluten free cake flour mix, brand Molino Dallagiovanna**<\/li>\n<li>200g sugar<\/li>\n<li>125g vanilla yoghurt*<\/li>\n<li>100g chocolate chips*<\/li>\n<li>95g seed oil<\/li>\n<li>3 whole eggs<\/li>\n<li>16g baking powder*<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>grated lemon or orange peel, whole almonds, granulated sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Ingredients specific for celiacs<\/p>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten free\u201d (or, in Italy, present on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation of gluten free Easter small Colombas<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Whisk the eggs with the sugar, then add all the other ingredients while continuing to mix.
