{"id":9714,"date":"2016-04-08T07:51:26","date_gmt":"2016-04-08T07:51:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/?p=9714"},"modified":"2023-04-08T18:35:13","modified_gmt":"2023-04-08T18:35:13","slug":"golosi-e-leggeri-mini-strudel-di-mele","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/en\/golosi-e-leggeri-mini-strudel-di-mele\/","title":{"rendered":"Mini apple strudels"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fancy something sweet and fragrant? <strong>Mini apple strudels <\/strong>are just the perfect choice.<\/p>\n<p>Good, because my recipe today is not only tasty and tempting, but also easy to prepare and light.<\/p>\n<p>The main ingredient is <strong>apple<\/strong>, a precious fruit with many properties, which becomes an important ally in the kitchen because it can enrich many preparations with flavour without the need for too much fat.<\/p>\n<p>In short, a wholesome fruit that I like to interpret (try my <a href=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/torta-soffice-di-mele-e-cannella\/\">Soft apple and cinnamon cake<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>That said, let&#8217;s roll up our sleeves and start making some delicious <strong>Mini apple strudels<\/strong>, perfect for breakfast, as a snack or dessert at the end of a meal.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Mini apple strudels<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>25.85g carbohydrates per 100g of strudels with no sugar in the apples<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for 6 mini strudels<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>350g green apples<\/li>\n<li>150g gluten-free bread flour mix, brand BiAglut**<\/li>\n<li>75g cold butter<\/li>\n<li>40g water<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd lemon<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>sweetener*, brown sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Ingredients specific for celiacs<\/p>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten free\u201d (or, in Italy, present on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepare the shortcrust pastry by mixing the flour, chopped butter and a pinch of salt in a food processor or by hand. The dough will be grainy: compact it, cover it with plastic film and put it in the refrigerator until ready to use.<\/li>\n<li>Peel and chop the apples, place them in a non-stick pan with the juice of half a lemon and a pinch of sweetener and cook until soft.
