{"id":9713,"date":"2016-04-12T06:33:53","date_gmt":"2016-04-12T06:33:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/?p=9713"},"modified":"2023-04-08T18:30:50","modified_gmt":"2023-04-08T18:30:50","slug":"e-lora-dellaperitivo-bigne-salati-da-farcire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/en\/e-lora-dellaperitivo-bigne-salati-da-farcire\/","title":{"rendered":"Aperitif time: Savoury puffs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With the arrival of nice weather, there is nothing better than ending the day with a pleasant aperitif with friends or a dinner of appetising and mouth-watering finger food: this is the inspiration for <strong>Savoury puffs<\/strong> to be filled to taste.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s what we were thinking about while preparing today&#8217;s recipe: an evening in the open air, on the balcony or in the garden, with a nice buffet to enjoy while chatting.<\/p>\n<p>Do you like the idea?<\/p>\n<p>Then try our <strong>Savoury puffs <\/strong>to be filled to taste&#8230; you&#8217;ll see what a success!<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Savoury puffs<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>33.31g carbohydrates per 100g of puffs<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for the choux pastry<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>150g water<\/li>\n<li>120g gluten-free flour mix for bread, brand BiAglut**<\/li>\n<li>80g softened butter<\/li>\n<li>10g sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n<li>a pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>** Ingredients specific for celiacs<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Pour water, butter, salt and sugar in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring with a whisk.<br \/>\nAdd the flour while continuing to stir, so that no lumps form, until the mixture has completely come off the saucepan sides.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool for 10 minutes. Next, add the eggs one at a time, mixing well with the whisk: it is important that each egg is completely incorporated before adding the next one.<\/li>\n<li>Fill a pastry bag or pouch with the dough and cut off a corner.<br \/>\nOn a lined baking tray, form walnut-sized balls, trying to maintain a distance of a few centimetres between each ball.<\/li>\n<li>Bake in a static oven preheated to 200\u00b0C for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 190\u00b0C and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
