And here we are with a reinterpretation of the classic shortcrust pastry tartlets, lighter but still delicious:<strong> Tartlets with strawberries<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The trick?<\/p>\n<p>Simple, the dough is prepared with &#8216;Zero Butter&#8217;, a fantastic all-vegetable substitute of butter.<\/p>\n<p>We can begin!<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Tartlets with strawberries<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>40.5g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for the shortbread<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>100g wholemeal rice flour*<\/li>\n<li>60g sugar<\/li>\n<li>50g gluten-free cake flour mix, brand Mix C Dolci Sch\u00e4r**<\/li>\n<li>50g almonds, peeled<\/li>\n<li>50g <a href=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/come-fare-lo-zero-burro\/\">Zero butter<\/a>* or butter<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>8g baking powder*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for the pastry cream<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>160g low fat milk<\/li>\n<li>50g sugar<\/li>\n<li>15g corn starch*<\/li>\n<li>3 egg yolks<\/li>\n<li>a bit of vanilla from the pod<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for garnishing<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>200g fresh strawberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Ingredients specific for celiacs<\/p>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten-free\u201d (or, in Italy, present on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Grind the almonds in a food processor into a flour and add all the other ingredients for the shortcrust pastry; mix them together to obtain a soft, smooth dough. Cover with cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, prepare the pastry cream: in a food processor or bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is frothy; add the corn starch and vanilla. Meanwhile, put the milk on the stove and bring it to the boil; pour it over the egg and corn starch mixture and stir quickly with a whisk so that no lumps form. Put everything back on the heat and let it thicken while continuing to stir. Let cool by covering with cling film.<\/li>\n<li>Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line tartlet moulds; prick the bottom with a fork and bake in a static oven preheated to 160\u00b0C for about 20 minutes.
