In short, a simple recipe that combines the digestibility of the white meat of turkey with the sweetness of courgettes and the tastiness of Scamorza cheese: <strong>Stuffed turkey breast<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If you want an idea for a side dish, try <a href=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/ricetta-ratatouille-di-verdure\/\">Ratatouille<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients ready, pan on the stove and we begin with the preparation of our roasted turkey.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Stuffed turkey breast<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>0.73g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>750g turkey breast<\/li>\n<li>250g courgettes<\/li>\n<li>65g spring onion<\/li>\n<li>60g Scamorza cheese<\/li>\n<li>30g extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 clove garlic<\/li>\n<li>milk, rosemary, sage, salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>To simplify preparation, have your butcher cut the turkey breast into a rectangle.<\/li>\n<li>In a wok or non-stick pan, put a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and saut\u00e9 the clove of garlic together with the finely chopped spring onion and the julienne or thinly sliced courgettes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-673 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Tacchinella-ripiena-4.jpg\" alt=\"tacchinella-ripiena-senza-glutine-uno-chef-per-gaia\" width=\"500\" height=\"332\" srcset=\"https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Tacchinella-ripiena-4.jpg 500w, https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Tacchinella-ripiena-4-272x182.jpg 272w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><br \/>\n3. Season with salt and bring to the boil. Remove the garlic clove and spread the courgettes on the meat rectangle. Cover it with slices of Scamorza cheese and roll it up to form a cylinder.
