No problem, we took care of it preparing an easy and delicious <strong>Panna cotta with berries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Today we recommend a recipe for a soft dessert that combines the sweetness of cream with the pleasantly tart flavour of berries.<br \/>\nEasy to make and mouth-watering to eat, here&#8217;s how to prepare Panna cotta!<\/p>\n<p>You can also watch the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0jpb3JodFU8&amp;t=10s\">video to prepare it step by step<\/a> with me!<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Panna cotta with berries<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>11.30g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for Panna cotta<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>400g milk<\/li>\n<li>350g fresh cream<\/li>\n<li>80g sugar<\/li>\n<li>15g gelatine sheets* (corresponding to 3 sheets)<\/li>\n<li>a bit of vanilla from the pod<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for the berry sauce<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>390g berries (blackberries, raspberries and blueberries)<\/li>\n<li>20g agave juice*<\/li>\n<li>15g lemon juice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten free\u201d (or, in Italy, present on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Pour the milk and cream into a saucepan, add the sugar and put everything on the heat, stirring occasionally so that the sugar dissolves well.<\/li>\n<li>Separately, soak the gelatine in water to soften it. When the milk is about to come to the boil, remove it from the heat and add the well-drained gelatine, stirring with a whisk.<\/li>\n<li>Let cool and fill moulds of the desired shape, then place them in the refrigerator for a few hours so that the mixture solidifies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-794 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/DSCF0813.jpg\" alt=\"panna-cotta-ai-frutti-di-bosco-blog-uno-chef-per-gaia-ph-chiara-marando\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>At this point, prepare the berry sauce. You can do this in advance, to save time, or just before serving the cake if you prefer it warm.<br \/>\nPlace the berries in a non-stick pan with the lemon juice and agave juice. Let them cook 5 minutes on high heat until they have released their deep red sauce. Wait until it has cooled down<\/li>\n<li>Remove the Panna cotta from the moulds and place it directly on the serving plate, then decorate it with the sauce.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-795 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/DSCF0821.jpg\" alt=\"panna-cotta-ai-frutti-di-bosco-blog-uno-chef-per-gaia-ph-chiara-marando\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Version with gluten of Panna cotta with berries<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The recipe is <strong>naturally gluten-free<\/strong>, so no adaptation is needed for the version with gluten.<\/p>\n<p>Would you like another mouth-watering and easy-to-prepare soft dessert?
