If you like quinoa, try also <a href=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/sorpresine-alla-quinoa-2\/\">Quinoa surprises<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Get ready!<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Quinoa pies with avocado<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>carbohydrates 14.84g per 100g without mozzarella and mustard chutney<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>95g avocado pulp (approx. \u00bd avocado)<\/li>\n<li>75g quinoa<\/li>\n<li>50g spring onion<\/li>\n<li>1 mint leaf<\/li>\n<li>1 sprig of parsley<\/li>\n<li>extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, buffalo mozzarella, apricot mustard chutney*, valerian<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten-free\u201d (or, in Italy, present on<a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Cook the quinoa for about 15 minutes in lightly salted water (usually twice its weight), then leave to cool.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, in a non-stick pan, soften the finely chopped spring onion on low heat. In a bowl, mash the avocado pulp with a fork and add chopped mint and parsley.
