And you know that for us cold temperatures equate to tasty, wholesome soups, to be enjoyed perhaps accompanied by croutons and a good glass of wine, just like the <strong>Broccoli and cauliflower velout\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Today, we recommend a recipe that is light, easy to prepare and perfect for delighting children and adults alike with healthy seasonal vegetables.<\/p>\n<p>If you like soups, you can also try my <a href=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/gusto-e-salute-nel-piatto-zuppa-di-legumi-e-verdure\/\">Pulse and vegetable soup<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what you need to prepare it!<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Broccoli and cauliflower velout\u00e9<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>4.41g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>400g <a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Brassica_oleracea_var._botrytis\">cauliflower<\/a><\/li>\n<li>400g <a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Brassica_oleracea_var._italica\">broccoli<\/a><\/li>\n<li>400g potatoes<\/li>\n<li>200g onions<\/li>\n<li>1.2 litres of water<\/li>\n<li>extra virgin olive oil and salt as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Put the sliced onion in a pan with oil, add the broccoli and cauliflower florets, the diced potatoes and finally cover with water.<\/li>\n<li>Bring to the boil and cook for 40 minutes until the vegetables have become soft.
