Creativity made us create a colourful and imaginative <strong>Cookie house<\/strong>, our classic to put as a centrepiece for the holidays.<\/p>\n<p>While making the Cookie house, don&#8217;t stop the creative mood and maybe even make some <a href=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/ricetta-biscotti-di-natale-senza-glutine\/\">Christmas cookies<\/a> to hang on the tree!<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Cookie house<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>66g carbohydrates per 100g of cookie <span style=\"color: #800000;\">without icing<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for the shortbread<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>400g gluten-free cake flour** (for flour with gluten, see below)<\/li>\n<li>150g butter<\/li>\n<li>100g sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>8g baking powder*<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of vanilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for the icing<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>150g icing sugar*<\/li>\n<li>25g pasteurised egg white<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Ingredients specific for celiacs<\/p>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten-free\u201d (or, in Italy, present on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation of the Cookie house<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Put the flour, butter, sugar, salt and eggs in a bowl. Stir in the baking powder and vanilla.<\/li>\n<li>With the shortcrust pastry, prepare the house pieces using special moulds. Bake the pieces in a static oven preheated to 180\u00b0C for 10-15 minutes.
