After many trials, I have finally arrived at a version that the whole family loves, but beware that vegan does not mean low-calorie and low-carbohydrate!<\/p>\n<p>So let&#8217;s enjoy these biscuits, but in moderation, also because it&#8217;s hard to stop once you&#8217;ve tasted them! Other biscuits? Try these <a href=\"https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/biscottini-al-caffe-senza-glutine-di-francesca-morandin\/\">Coffee flavoured ones<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Vegan chocolate biscuits<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>62.28g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>100g fine corn flour*<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/come-fare-lo-zero-burro\/\">100g fat emulsion (with Zero butter)*<\/a><\/li>\n<li>80g dark chocolate*<\/li>\n<li>75g teff flour*<\/li>\n<li>75g sugar<\/li>\n<li>65g Moscovado sugar<\/li>\n<li>60g hazelnuts<\/li>\n<li>40g water<\/li>\n<li>30g bitter cocoa*<\/li>\n<li>7g soy lecithin*<\/li>\n<li>4g baking powder*<\/li>\n<li>1 vanilla pod<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten-free\u201d (or, in Italy, present on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation of Vegan chocolate biscuits<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Start by chopping the hazelnuts to a flour-like powder; then chop the dark chocolate; prepare an emulsion with water and soy lecithin.<\/li>\n<li>Whip the plant butter with the sugars and add all the other ingredients until you obtain a firm dough; cover it with cling film and place in the refrigerator about 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>When the time has elapsed, take the mixture and form small balls of 40g each; arrange them on a baking tin covered with parchment paper at a distance of 5cm; finally, place in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1007\" src=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/IMG_2806Foto-Lorenzo-Moreni.jpg\" alt=\"ricetta-biscotti-vegani-uno-chef-per-gaia\" width=\"500\" height=\"334\" srcset=\"https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/IMG_2806Foto-Lorenzo-Moreni.jpg 500w, https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/IMG_2806Foto-Lorenzo-Moreni-272x182.jpg 272w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>The last step is to bake your chocolate balls in a static oven preheated to 180\u00b0C for 15 minutes.
