We have done so and would like to recommend a recipe that is going to be a true success, with intense, spicy flavours suitable for all palates:<strong> Vegetarian Chili<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Would you like to accompany the recipe with an aperitif? Try the <a href=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/ricette-senza-glutine-salsa-guacamole\/\">Guacamole Salsa<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s begin!<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Vegetarian Chili<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>7.41g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>400g tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li>300g yellow pepper<\/li>\n<li>300g red pepper<\/li>\n<li>250g carrots<\/li>\n<li>250g cooked Mexican black beans (about 120g dry soaked in water for at least 12 hours)<\/li>\n<li>200g cooked <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.negozioleggero.it\/it\/home\/377-soia-gialla.html\">yellow soy<\/a> (approx. 100g dry soaked in water for at least 12 hours)<\/li>\n<li>100g water<\/li>\n<li>40g onions<\/li>\n<li>1 piece of chilli pepper<\/li>\n<li>paprika, parsley or coriander, extra virgin olive oil, salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Put the beans in water and cook them for the time necessary for them to remain firm. Once cooked, drain them and set them aside. Repeat the same operation with the yellow soy.<\/li>\n<li>Chop the onion fairly finely and saut\u00e9 it in a slightly high-sided pan with a little oil, adding the garlic clove and a pinch of chilli pepper according to personal preferences for spiciness.<\/li>\n<li>In the meantime, slice the carrots into rounds and dice the pepper, chop the parsley (in Mexico, coriander is used, but its specific flavour is not liked by all), then add all the vegetables and tomato sauce to the stir-fry, then season with salt and paprika.<\/li>\n<li>Let the vegetables cook for about 15 minutes. Finally, incorporate the soy and beans and let everything gain flavour for another 5 minutes before serving.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1053\" src=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Chili-vegetariano-8.jpg\" alt=\"Chili-vegetariano-senza-glutine-uni-chef-per-gaia\" width=\"500\" height=\"332\" srcset=\"https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Chili-vegetariano-8.jpg 500w, https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Chili-vegetariano-8-272x182.jpg 272w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Version with gluten of Vegetarian Chili<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The recipe contains only <strong>naturally gluten-free ingredients<\/strong>, so no adaptation is necessary for its version with gluten.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How about organising a fun Mexican dinner?
