Also try <a href=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/ricetta-panini-alle-verdure-senza-glutine\/\">Vegetable buns<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Olive bread braid<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>45.58g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>450g water<\/li>\n<li>450g flour mix for bread, brand Nutrifree**<\/li>\n<li>70g pitted olives<\/li>\n<li>50g buckwheat flour*<\/li>\n<li>20g extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>20g sprouted buckwheat flour* (optional)<\/li>\n<li>12g brewer&#8217;s yeast<\/li>\n<li>5g salt<\/li>\n<li>oil to brush the surface, flour* for dusting the board<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Ingredients specific for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/\">celiacs<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Dissolve the yeast in the water, add the water to the flours, in a bowl or a planetary mixer, and mix. Add the oil, salt and chopped olives and continue to knead until smooth and homogeneous.
