Definitely <strong>Pumpkin and lentil soup with <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Paprica\"><strong>paprika<\/strong><\/a> is a tasty way to get children to eat vegetables and pulses.<\/p>\n<p>The sweetness of pumpkin, combined with the unmistakable flavour of lentils, makes this soup perfect also for children, while if you want to give a twist to sweetness, paprika or, why not, chilli pepper, will be the ideal solution.<\/p>\n<p>A light, balanced and tasty meal!<\/p>\n<p>Do you love soups and creams? Try my <a href=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/zuppa-di-cavoli-patate-e-scalogno\/\">Cabbage, potato and shallot soup<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Pumpkin and lentil soup with <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>paprika<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>3.75g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1.3 litres of water<\/li>\n<li>700g pumpkin<\/li>\n<li>375g onions<\/li>\n<li>50g lentils<\/li>\n<li>1 clove garlic<\/li>\n<li>2 bay leaves<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp sweet paprika<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp turmeric (optional)<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of chilli pepper<\/li>\n<li>extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut the pumpkin and onion into small pieces, season with oil, salt and pepper and place in a baking dish covered with parchment paper; bake at 200\u00b0C for 20 minutes and set aside.<br \/>\nPut water on the stove with garlic, bay leaf and lentils; cook for about ten minutes. Now add the baked pumpkin and onion, keeping a few pieces aside to decorate the dishes.<\/li>\n<li>Finish cooking the lentils and vegetables, remove the garlic and bay leaf, then blend and season with spices, salt and pepper.
