It is the time when we think of our loved ones, get together to exchange greetings and gifts and since we believe that a sweet homemade gift is always much appreciated, why not bake these <strong>Christmas biscuits?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enjoy not only baking them, but also wrapping them in nice paper with colourful ribbons and lace.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s begin!<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Christmas biscuits<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>51.25g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>100g granola*<\/li>\n<li>100g gluten-free bread flour mix, brand Revolution**<\/li>\n<li>70 g butter<\/li>\n<li>50g brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>45g milk<\/li>\n<li>20g oatmeal*<\/li>\n<li>10g cocoa<\/li>\n<li>8g baking powder*<\/li>\n<li>3g salt<\/li>\n<li>cinnamon and ginger powder, icing sugar* for decoration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Ingredients specific for celiacs<\/p>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten-free\u201d (or, or, in Italy, present on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a food processor, chop the granola somewhat coarsely, then add all the other ingredients and mix to obtain a smooth and even mixture; flavour with cinnamon and ginger powder to taste.<\/li>\n<li>Cover the dough with cling film and leave to rest for 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<li>Roll out the dough to a thickness of about half a centimetre, cut out the biscuits with a star-shaped mould and bake them in a static oven preheated to 180\u00b0C for about 13 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Dust the biscuits with icing sugar to taste.
