My answer is this <strong>Oat and ricotta crumble<\/strong>, a light and special cake that is going to conquer family and friends.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s remember that <strong>oat<\/strong> has been considered suitable for celiacs by the Italian Celiac Association only recently and you can read the position statement here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/novita-da-aic-sui-prodotti-a-base-di-avena\/\">position statement of the AIC Scientific Committee on oat products<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And since you purchased oat flour to prepare this crumble, you can take the opportunity of having this ingredient available to bake some irresistible <a href=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/ricetta-digestive-gluten-free\/\">Digestives<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Oat and ricotta crumble<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>\u00a030g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for a 26cm diametre tin<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>125g oat flour*<\/li>\n<li>75g butter<\/li>\n<li>60g sugar<\/li>\n<li>45g brown rice flour*<\/li>\n<li>40g almond flour*<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>a pinch of sodium bicarbonate* (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for the filling<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>400g Ricotta cheese<\/li>\n<li>200g strawberries<\/li>\n<li>80g sugar<\/li>\n<li>45g Amaretto Velvet liqueur*<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 vanilla pod (pulp)<\/li>\n<li>lemon or orange zest, grated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Ingredients specific for celiacs<\/p>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten-free\u201d (or, in Italy, present on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepare the crumble by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl obtaining large crumbs. Set aside while preparing the filling.<\/li>\n<li>Put the ricotta cheese in a bowl and mix it with sugar, vanilla, Amaretto and the grated lemon or orange zest to taste to obtain a smooth and even cream.<\/li>\n<li>Take a hinged mould having a diameter of 24-26cm and cover it with wet parchment paper so that it adheres well to the mould.
