And we love it, because it can give a special touch to food and is suitable for many preparations, besides having many health benefits and vitamins.<\/p>\n<p>So let&#8217;s start kneading little goodies!<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Pumpkin and turmeric bread<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>53.11g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>500g flour mix for bread, brand Nutrifree**<\/li>\n<li>320g pumpkin<\/li>\n<li>200g water<\/li>\n<li>150g milk<\/li>\n<li>100g wholemeal rice flour*<\/li>\n<li>20g extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>12g brewer\u2019s yeast<\/li>\n<li>10g salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon turmeric (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Ingredients specific for celiacs<\/p>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten-free\u201d (or, in Italy, present on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut the pumpkin into small cubes, steam it for 20 minutes or cook it in a thick-bottomed pan with 2 tablespoons of water, then pur\u00e9e it with a fork or in a food processor &#8211; the important thing is that the pumpkin flesh is nice and dry.<\/li>\n<li>Put the flour in a bowl or planetary mixer, mix it with the pumpkin pur\u00e9e and crumbled brewer\u2019s yeast, then add all the other ingredients. You can add a pinch of turmeric to give a boost of colour and flavour, then knead well until the mixture is smooth and even.
