E non perderti il <a href=\"https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/schiscetta-o-lunch-box-idee-per-pranzi-fuori-casa-roastbeef-con-crema-di-melanzane\/\">Roastbeef con crema di melanzane<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Venere rice salad with cherry tomatoes and pistachio nuts <\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>60.2g carbohydrates for the whole lunch box<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for 1 lunch box<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>120g cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>70g Venere rice (Italian black rice) (weight when cooked 140g)<\/li>\n<li>15g Pecorino cheese<\/li>\n<li>15g shelled pistachios, unsalted<\/li>\n<li>extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>mint and basil<\/li>\n<li>oregano<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Ingredients specific for celiacs<\/p>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten-free\u201d (in Italy they may be listed on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Boil the rice in plenty of slightly salted boiling water and, if you don\u2019t have time, choose a pre-cooked Venere rice that will be ready in a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the cherry tomatoes in half placing the cut side on the tin lined with parchment paper; sprinkle with salt, oregano and extra virgin olive oil.
