Furthermore, it is important to choose perfectly <strong>ripe and firm<\/strong> <strong>tomatoes<\/strong> to get the best out of this preparation.<\/p>\n<p>And if you like fresh fillings for summer, try my <a href=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/ricetta-senza-glutine-caprese-da-viaggio\/\">Travel Caprese<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>No-cook stuffed tomatoes<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>6.64g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for 4 servings<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>720g approx. tomatoes (4 ripe, firm salad tomatoes)<\/li>\n<li>170g yellow and red pepper<\/li>\n<li>50g peas<\/li>\n<li>40g onions<\/li>\n<li>30g breadcrumbs**<\/li>\n<li>30g pitted black olives*<\/li>\n<li>8g capers<\/li>\n<li>extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Ingredients specific for celiacs<\/p>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten-free\u201d (or, in Italy, present on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut the tops off the tomatoes, empty them, add a pinch of salt, then place them on a tray covered with kitchen paper to drain the water they produce. Use the inside of tomatoes to add to a soup or sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile prepare the filling. In a frying pan, saut\u00e9 the sliced onion, then add the peas and diced pepper, and cook.
