Serve it stuffed with whatever you like or enjoy it plain: whatever solution you choose, it will not disappoint you!<\/p>\n<p>If you love focaccia, also try <a href=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/focaccia-gluten-free-al-grano-saraceno-e-mais\/\">Gluten-free Buckwheat and corn focaccia<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Focaccia with Lentil Flour\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>43g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400g water<\/li>\n<li>250g gluten free bread flour mix, brand Sch\u00e4r Mix B**<\/li>\n<li>250g gluten free bread flour mix, brand Fibreban Farmo**<\/li>\n<li>200g milk<\/li>\n<li>100g lentil flour*<\/li>\n<li>30g extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>17g brewer\u2019s yeast<\/li>\n<li>10g salt<\/li>\n<li>extra virgin olive oil for spreading the focaccia and for the emulsion<\/li>\n<li>coarse salt<\/li>\n<li>oregano<\/li>\n<li>water for the emulsion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Ingredients specific for celiacs<\/p>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten-free\u201d (or, in Italy, present on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Pour water and milk into a food processor or thermomix and dissolve the brewer&#8217;s yeast in it.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the flours into the processor with the liquids and mix, adding oil and salt until a smooth, creamy dough is obtained.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the mixture onto a baking tin covered with parchment paper, pour a good amount of oil on the surface to help you flatten out the dough using your hands, lightly sinking your fingers in to give it the typical focaccia appearance.<\/li>\n<li>Let rise for about 2 hours or until the dough has doubled in volume.
