prepare <strong>Three 5-minute salads<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Each of these salads will delight both the eyes and the palate, and as they are ready in a matter of minutes, you can indulge yourself and prepare all 3 in case you want to use them for a complete dinner instead of just a side dish.<\/p>\n<p>Follow me not to run short of ideas for everyday cooking and have a look at my <a cabbage<\/li>\n<li>1 handful of thinly sliced purple cabbage<\/li>\n<li>1 carrot (mine was 80g)<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard*<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon maple syrup*<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon apple vinegar<\/li>\n<li>sunflower seeds<\/li>\n<li>pumpking seeds<\/li>\n<li>extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Ingredients specific for celiacs<\/p>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten-free\u201d (or, in Italy, present on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut the cabbage using a slicer or by hand so that it is very thin and grate the carrot into julienne.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the aromatic dressing by mixing mustard, maple syrup, apple vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
