Given the temperatures of the last few days, how about some recipes to organise a picnic, perhaps by the sea? Then this <strong>Tuna and Pepper Quiche<\/strong> could be a perfect recipe to enjoy sitting on the ground.<\/p>\n<p>And since it is a festive day, I thought I would offer you a complete menu that you can easily make by following the recipes. What will I carry in my picnic basket? Definitely this <strong>Tuna and pepper quiche<\/strong>, a tasty and convenient <a href=\"https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/insalata-di-pollo-marinato-alle-erbe\/\"><strong>Herb-marinated chicken salad<\/strong><\/a> (to be prepared conveniently a few days in advance) and my <a href=\"https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/tartufini-con-sorpresa-lalternativa-alluovo-di-pasqua\/\"><strong>Little truffles with surprise<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>All strictly easy to enjoy even without a set table. Are you ready to pack your picnic basket?<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Tuna and pepper quiche<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>28.10g carbohydrates per 100g<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for 6-8 servings<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for the bris\u00e9 pastry<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>250g gluten-free bread flour mix, brand Biaglut** (for the version with gluten, see below)<\/li>\n<li>80 g butter<\/li>\n<li>50g water<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp sweet paprika<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients for the filling<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>400g red pepper<\/li>\n<li>350g yellow pepper<\/li>\n<li>200g tuna in olive oil, drained<\/li>\n<li>130g soft cheese<\/li>\n<li>100g pitted green and black olives<\/li>\n<li>80g spring onions<\/li>\n<li>70g fat free Greek yoghurt<\/li>\n<li>extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>oregano<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Ingredients specific for celiacs<\/p>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten-free\u201d (or, in Italy, present on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepare the shortcrust pastry in the traditional way, i.e. by mixing all the ingredients until a compact and homogenous dough is obtained. Cover the bris\u00e9 pastry with cling film and place it in the refrigerator for the time needed to prepare the filling.<\/li>\n<li>Chop the leek very finely and sweat it in a non-stick pan with a little extra virgin oli oil. Add the diced peppers, season with salt and pepper and cook over a high heat for about 5 minutes. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Place the soft cheese and yoghurt in a bowl, add the lightly chopped olives, the drained and crumbled tuna, then add the peppers and spring onions: mix well, season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Roll out the bris\u00e9 prastry on a sheet of parchment paper and cover a 24cm diameter baking tin, leaving the edges high. Pour in the vegetable and tuna filling, then flatten the edges with the tines of a fork to seal the quiche. Sprinkle the surface with a pinch of oregano and bake in a static oven preheated to 180\u00b0C for about 45 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Serve the quiche warm, accompanying it, if desired, with <a href=\"https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/ricette-senza-glutine-salsa-guacamole\/\">guacamole sauce<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Quiche-di-peperoni-e-tonno-19.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-6995 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Quiche-di-peperoni-e-tonno-19-632x474.jpg\" alt=\"quiche-di-peperoni-e-tonno\" width=\"632\" height=\"474\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Version with gluten of Tuna and pepper quiche<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The filling in the recipe is naturally gluten-free, while to prepare the bris\u00e9 pastry, replace the BiAglut flour with an equal amount of wheat flour, but reduce the amount of water to only 20g.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Have you already thought about what to prepare for Easter lunch?
