Whether for lunch or dinner, it is <strong>naturally gluten free<\/strong> and has a <strong>negligible <\/strong>amount of <strong>carbohydrates<\/strong>, so swordfish salad is a light main course that brings everyone together and helps us find ideas for eating fish at least 2-3 times a week.<\/p>\n<p>It might sound strange to you, but with my children I had more difficulty in getting them to accept and consume fish than vegetables. Therefore, as vegetables are among the most popular ingredients in our family, I thought of using them to make swordfish welcome as well, and the experiment was successful!<\/p>\n<p>Not only has the swordfish been eaten with great voracity, but I have been asked to prepare it this way a little more often&#8230; so I will try to comply! Also because the meal will be ready in just a few minutes.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2900\" style=\"width: 510px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Insalata-di-pesce-spada-6.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2900\" class=\"wp-image-2900 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Insalata-di-pesce-spada-6.jpg\" alt=\"Insalata di pesce spada pronta per essere servita\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Insalata-di-pesce-spada-6.jpg 500w, https:\/\/unochefpergaia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Insalata-di-pesce-spada-6-267x200.jpg 267w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-2900\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sword fish salad ready to be served<\/p><\/div>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Swordfish salad <\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><u>carbohydrates per 100g negligible<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>400g swordfish<\/li>\n<li>300g small courgettes<\/li>\n<li>200g cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>40g extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>30 g pitted Taggiasca olives*<\/li>\n<li>1 clove garlic<\/li>\n<li>2 basil leaves<\/li>\n<li>grated lemon zest<\/li>\n<li>rosemary, shallot, chilli pepper, salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Ingredients whose labels must read \u201cgluten free\u201d (or, in Italy, present on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiachia.it\/dieta-senza-glutine\/il-prontuario-degli-alimenti\/il-prontuario\/\">\u00a0Prontuario AIC<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>First of all prepare the aromatic oil: heat about 20g of oil, then remove it from the heat and add a peeled and halved shallot, 1 clove of garlic and rosemary.<\/li>\n<li>Put a little oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook the julienne-cut courgettes over high heat; season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the swordfish into cubes of about 2cm and saut\u00e9 them in a non-stick pan with the remaining oil.<\/li>\n<li>Now assemble the salad by placing the courgettes, swordfish, sliced cherry tomatoes, pitted olives and chopped basil in a bowl. Stir everything together, then season with salt, pepper, a pinch of finely chopped chilli pepper, a grating of lemon zest and the aromatic oil passed through a colander.<\/li>\n<li>Serve the salad warm or cold to taste.
